Introduction
What I understand about football is the sport itself can bring people from all around the world together. Regardless of skin color, religion and the barriers of the language.
I cannot explain how much I love to play football. But when I was a boy, I have no opportunities to develop my talent to become a professional footballer. I can accept my fate is not to be a footballer.
Many factors are the barrier, the lack of support from family, responsible party in the lower level of football is not exactly looking for a talented player and just focus on school level tournaments. Talented players from the rural areas, it is difficult to come to practice training that located in the city.
Even though I never been a professional footballer, yet I still grow my attitude as a professional. I never stop learning to play football. The only time I stop played football when my leg broke during the football match. I broke my leg twice yet I never tired and phobia to play football.
At the age of 37, I was given opportunity to open my football academy. This is the beginning of my new life. At first I took its as part time job. I by accidentally met with one of the former footballer in the golden era of of Malaysia football (1970 to 1980). He has introduced me to a coaching knowledge and opened my eyes to how beautiful football if we are really to understand and experience it.
Slowly I grow my coaching experience. I never knew I had a talent as a grass root coach. It's seem that so easy and I'm enjoy every moment playing and teaching football to the kids.
In May 18th, 2009 my son Muhammad Mikael a.k.a Mika was born. While he was in the womb, I pray to God to give me a son who has a great football talent and one day to become a professional footballer and also become a good Muslim believers.

In 2010, I made a 180 degree turn in my life by quit the job and become full time football coach. The reason is simple, I want to make sure my son always in the right track in developing his football talent. How can we create the legend if we are not willing to sacrificed everything? Me, my wife and my son are the "victims" of our future success.
So this blog is dedicated to be the testimonial or journal of the journey of Muhammmad Mikael a.k.a MIKA to become a great football player in the history of Malaysia football.
There are three players that I wanted Mika to make them as role models:
First PELE - "Success is no accident. It is hard work, perseverance, learning, sacrifice and most of all, love of what you are doing or learning to do" (Sucesso não é acidente. É trabalho duro, perseverança, aprendizado, sacrifício e, acima de tudo, amor ao que você está fazendo ou aprender a fazer),
second JOHAN CRUYFF - "Playing football is very simple, but playing simple is the hardest thing there is" (“Voetballen is heel simpel, maar het moeilijkste wat er is, is simpel voetballen.”)
second JOHAN CRUYFF - "Playing football is very simple, but playing simple is the hardest thing there is" (“Voetballen is heel simpel, maar het moeilijkste wat er is, is simpel voetballen.”)
and third DIEGO MARADONA “My mother thinks I am the best. And I was raised to always believe what my mother tells me.” (Mi madre piensa que soy el mejor. Y me educaron para creer siempre lo que mi madre me dice.")
